Terms Conditions

1.       General

These Terms govern all quotations, orders, services, and transactions with Airavat Business Giants Pvt. Ltd. Placing an order means acceptance of these Terms.

2.       Quotations

• Quotations are valid for a limited period of 07 Days (usually 07 Days unless specified).

• Prices are subject to GST.

• Raw material rate fluctuations may impact pricing if the order is not confirmed.

3.       Orders & Approvals

• Production begins only after written confirmation.

• Final artwork approval (Email/WhatsApp) is mandatory.

• Once approved, the company is not responsible for design errors, spelling mistakes, or colour selection errors approved by the client.

4.       Payment Terms

• All invoices must be paid strictly as per the agreed payment terms mentioned in the quotation or invoice.

• In case of delayed payment beyond the due date, Interest @ 24% per annum shall be applicable on the outstanding amount.

• 50% Advance payment required (As per quotation) and Balance payable Before Dispatch.

• The company reserves the right. If payment remains unpaid beyond 45 days from the due date Legal recovery proceedings may be initiated. All legal expenses, recovery charges, advocate fees and collection costs shall be borne by the client. The company reserves the right to recover dues under applicable commercial recovery laws in India.

• Ownership of goods remains with Airavat Business Giants Pvt. Ltd. until full payment is received

• Any partial payment received shall first be adjusted towards interest and recovery charges, and then towards the principal amount

5.       Digital Approval & Communication Record Clause

All artwork approvals, content approvals, quantity confirmations and specification confirmations provided below shall be treated as legally valid confirmations.

  • Written message

  • Digital signature

  • PDF approval confirmation

• Once the client provides written or digital approval

  • Company shall not be responsible for:

  • Spelling mistakes

  • Content errors

  • Design alignment issues

  • Colour selection approved by client

  • Incorrect specifications confirmed by the client

• Screenshots, email trails, WhatsApp chat records and digital communication logs shall be considered valid documentary evidence in case of dispute.

• The client is responsible for thoroughly checking all proofs before granting final approval.

• Verbal approvals shall not be valid unless supported by written or digital confirmation.

6.       Production Variations

• Quantity variation ±5% to ±10% may occur in the printing industry.

• Minor colour variation may occur due to screen-to-print differences.

• Cutting and size tolerance may vary slightly.

7.       Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.

• Delay due to:

  • Artwork delay

  • Material shortage

  • Machinery breakdown

  • Natural events

  • Transport issues

The company is not liable for consequential losses due to delay.

8.       Intellectual Property

• The client guarantees that they have the rights to use the logos, images, and content submitted.

• The company is not responsible for copyright violations.

• The company may use printed samples for the portfolio.

9.       Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled after production begins.

• If cancelled before production, design and pre-press charges are applied.

10.  Damages & Claims

• Any complaint must be raised within 24 Hours of delivery.

• Claims are limited to a reprint or credit note.

• No liability for indirect business losses.

11.  Limitation of Liability

Company liability is limited to the invoice value of the concerned order.

12.  Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

11. SMS & ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By engaging with Airavat Business Giants Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) through our website (www.airavatbusiness.com

), WhatsApp, email, phone, or any other digital platform, you expressly consent to receive communications from the Company via:

SMS / Text Messages, RCS Services, WhatsApp Messages, Email, Phone Calls, Automated calling systems, OTP verifications (including GST API or other authentication mechanisms), and any other electronic communication channel.

These communications may include:

Quotation updates, Order confirmations, Artwork approvals, Production updates, Delivery notifications, Payment reminders, Transactional messages, Security notifications (including OTPs), Service-related announcements, Promotional or marketing messages (where applicable)

Your consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase.

The contact details (mobile number, email ID, GST details) provided by you are accurate and belong to you.

You are authorised to receive business communications on the provided contact details.

You may opt out of non-essential promotional communications at any time by:

However, essential transactional communications, including:

OTP verifications, Security alerts, Order confirmations, and payment-related notifications shall continue as part of the service relationship.
